Totally Fitness offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders over £65. Our standard delivery time for all accessories is 3-7 working days while delivery of larger items such as treadmills / bikes is normally 7-14 working days.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges will be offered on any unsuitable items purchased unseen from our websites and returned to us in the original packaging and in perfect condition within seven days. Refunds on unsuitable goods will exclude all delivery costs.
In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you will be required to obtain a returns authorization code. You can obtain this by clicking here and complete the online form.
